More than a villa, Sea'Ya Casa Pavão is a home made for gathering—where long lunches become dinners, children spend their days between the pool and the garden, and every sunset invites you to stay a little longer.


Recently renovated, the house blends Portuguese heritage with contemporary living through traditional terracotta floors, vintage pieces, natural materials and warm, elegant interiors. A spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area sits at its heart, while the fireplace makes every season feel welcoming.
