The perfect villa to relax, or walking to Cresmina dunes and Guincho beach, enjoying coffee, lunch, and dinner around the corner, taking advantage of the vibrant town of Cascais (just 10 minutes driving), exploring Sintra National Park, or doing all kinds of activities like surfing, cycling or playing golf. Lisbon is just 30 minutes’ drive from the villa.

Areia is entirely within the perimeter of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Around Sea’Ya Villa Areia you will find several great restaurants and a grocery store. Enjoy a nice walk to the famous Guincho Beach (just 1,6km away). The town of Cascais is easily reached by foot, electrical step, bus, or car. Besides being a surfer’s paradise, the area is also perfect for cycling, hiking, sailing, tennis, horse riding, and golf.
From Cascais, you can easily take your car or train to Lisbon (just 30m away).
