Areia is one of the oldest occupation sites in the county and is entirely within the perimeter of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Several footsteps away from our cottage are its historic urban center with the Capela de São Brás and elements of its popular architecture such as its fountain, washing place, and drinking fountain. Around Sea’Ya Villa Areia you will find several great restaurants and a grocery store. Enjoy a nice walk to the famous Guincho Beach (just 1,6km away).

The town of Cascais is easily reached by foot, electrical step, bus, or car. This picturesque village was the home of kings and aristocrats and now welcomes all people looking for sun, sea, beach, food, and action.
